GOOD JOB!
ST. JAMES SQUARE, a new office complex, will be built on N.C. 211 in Southport. Coastal Commercial Real Estate in Southport is the broker.
The 20,000 square-foot brick, steel and concrete building was designed by Sharpe Architecture and the common areas were designed by Bays Design Concept. Completion is slated for late February 2007.
