Debby brings over 15 years of experience in brokerage sales, management and business development, earning a reputation for total commitment to clients, while continually striving for excellence.
A proven leader in the industry, Debby has received Top Producer awards, Sales Executive of the year and honors for exceeding dollar volume sales records. Twice nominated small business person of the year, Debby has served on the capital campaign committee for her church and was a member of the diocesan capital campaign committee.

Carol Magnani is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Property Manager for Coastal Commercial Real Estate. To these roles she brings an impressive portfolio of management experience. A North Carolina native, Carol and her husband Pete relocated to this area in 1996. Since then she has held general real estate management and sales positions, most recently was the administrative partner in a top selling team at Plantation Properties. Previously, she held positions in marketing, commercial property management and brokerage in Guilford County. Carol is a graduate of the VIP Sales Agent, VIP Relocation Director, and is currently pursuing commercial real estate industry designations. “The best organizations have a common attribute - great people.
